Brett's renovation project of an 18th century farmhouse was featured on HGTV's "Renovations". The unstable addition of this farmhouse was demolished and a new addition was built using preserved beams from the old structure and reused for the new addition to give the illusion that the new addition has also been here for 200 years.

Brett's renovation project begins on this suburban Colonial. Excavation, block work and framing is completed for the new addition, and a steel I-beam and steel columns are custom fabricated and installed for support during the breakthrough. New vinyl siding is installed on the exterior, and new shingles tie the new roof in with the old.
