Project Highlights
With no outdoor living space and no place for the family to grill, the owners of this Lansdale home were looking for an outdoor area to enjoy.
They also desired for this space to flow nicely from the new addition that was recently added to their connected kitchen and living room area.
What resulted was a spectacular natural flagstone patio that wraps around the home and connects both the side and backyard. The stone that was chosen looks like it’s been there for generations and incorporates a built-in grill and hidden uplighting.
Their custom designed pavilion boasts a beaded-Boral ceiling and custom thermally modified poplar brackets that guarantee both strength and a beautiful, bold look. Two recessed gas heaters were also installed in the ceiling, allowing for usage even in the cool weather, as well as an outdoor TV.
The natural look of this patio suggests that it’s always been there and is the perfect addition to this masterfully renovated home.
