Guest Bathroom Remodel – $25,000 and up
Master Bathroom Remodel – $50,000 and up
Kitchen Remodel (Minor) – $50,000 and up
Kitchen Remodel (Major) – $70,000 and up
Addition – $250 per square foot and up
Outdoor Living – $50 per square foot and up
Powder Room Remodel – $8,500 and up
Whether it’s simply replacing the fixtures or a complete powder room remodel there are many ways to spruce up existing small bathroom. Typically, our powder room renovations consist of: replacing all plumbing fixtures to existing water and drain lines installing new electrical outlets & switches to code; supplying and installing new tile on the floor supplying and installing new toilet, pedestal sink, mirror, baseboard & door trim painting walls & ceiling (1 coat primer & two coats finish paint)
Guest Bathroom Remodel – $25,000 and up
Guest/Hall Bathrooms can take many shapes and sizes. Understanding what you are hoping to accomplish with your bathroom will allow us to guide you in the right direction. Typically, the following are involved with a guest bathroom remodel: supplying and replacing all fixtures, including 60” tub with ceramic tile surround new single-lever, temperature and pressure balanced shower control, comfort-height toilet, 36” overlay vanity, solid-surface vanity counter with undermount sink, mirror supplying and installing new tile on the floor install new electrical outlets & switches to code baseboard & door trim painting walls & ceiling
Master Bathroom Remodel – $50,000 and up
When updating your existing Master Bathroom, the sky is the limit. Often, fixtures are relocated to allow for better use of space. Typically, Master Bathroom remodels consist of: New fully tiled shower (curbed or curbless) with frameless glass doors/panels double vanity, linen cabinet, comfort-height toilet, pressure-balanced shower control, multiple shower heads, tile floors, tile vanity accent walls, new fixtures, mirror upgrade electrical (at times, incorporating smart lighting) new drywall, wainscoting supplying and installing new tile on the floor install new electrical outlets & switches to code baseboard & door trim painting walls & ceiling
Kitchen Remodel (Minor) – $50,000 and up
If your kitchen already has a functional layout that you plan to keep and are solely looking for an updated feel and look, you might not need to go into a complete kitchen renovation. Typical minor kitchen renovations consist of: new cabinetry solid-surface counter tops new plumbing and fixtures baseboard & door trim painting walls & ceiling
Kitchen Remodel (Major) – $70,000 and up
Oftentimes, reconfiguring the design of the existing kitchen floorplan is necessary for using existing space better. Common requests and design changes consist of: moving structural walls upgrading electrical (at times, incorporating smart lighting) new cabinets solid-surface countertops new or enlarged windows new plumbing and fixtures hood exhaust installation baseboard & door trim painting walls & ceiling
Addition – $250 per square foot and up
Adding to the existing footprint of your home opens up a large realm of possibilities. When considering an addition, we feel it’s essential to not consider both how the additional space will impact the interior, as well as the exterior look of the addition. Many of our clients comment on how they’re not only delighted with their interior additions, but also with how the space looks when they arrive home. Whether it’s adding to your historic stone home or your traditionally framed home, our team is well versed from design through construction. Be it a small bump-out or a full, two-story addition, we are here to help.
Outdoor Living – $50 per square foot and up
Whether it’s a deck or a hardscaped area, there are many ways to extend your living space outdoors. We will ask you many questions to determine what style and material choice will be best for your desired use. Having built and used many products on the market, we will guide you through the design and material selection so you can make the perfect choice for your project. Some common material selections we suggest are IPE, Timbertech, Flagstone, and a variety of natural stone.
